IMPORTANT NOTE: We strongly encourage you to insure this Lot. If you choose to insure it, you will be 100% covered against lost parcels, stolen parcels (yes! If its stolen off your porch, you will be 100% reimbursed!!), damaged parcels and even slow transit! These lots are expensive. It is worth securing your investment. If you choose not to insure it, you are accepting 100% responsibility for any issues that may occur after it leaves our warehouse. With that being said, if you choose not to insure, we will pay for Signature Confirmation on the parcels, however, the only issue that prevents is it being stolen off the porch (because it is handed directly to you). These are OVERSTOCKS from BL**MINGDALES. Might include a piece or two that is a liquidation, however we did not see any liquidations in the pallets this merchandise came from. All of the merchandise we thoroughly looked at was overstocks, almost all was still factory sealed. We opened the factory sealed bags to create the photos and videos for these listings.

These items / overstocks are typically sent directly to a clearance store, such as an Outlet or M*CYS Backstage. So although it has a clearance sticker / lesser price, it is still a brand new Overstock that was, or is, still inside factory sealed packaging

It is always possible that the pieces we remove from the bag so we can photograph and video it, could get dust / dirt on it. The pieces inside the clear plastic bag are brand new, no dust

Sometimes the liquidation is applied with a staple to the garment. Simply taking your time and slowly sliding the staple out then stretching the material gently with your fingers is the solution. Obviously if you carelessly rip the staple out you are going to damage the garment.
On very rare occasion there is a rip along a seam or under an armpit that we didn’t see. Again, these are usually very simple repairs with basic sewing knowledge. We try to remove all major damage that we see.
It is not possible for us to catch every imperfection. We sort over 10,000 items a week so we do not have time to analyze each piece. You should expect there could be imperfections we did not see.
